Refund Policy

Please be informed that refunds will be processed via bank transfer only.

Regardless of the payment method, including credit/debit cards, the refund will be transferred to your designated bank account.

The processing time is 7–14 business days after approval. This may vary depending on each bank’s internal processes.

Cancellation & Refund Conditions (Important)

Cancellation requests must be made at least 1 day in advance

Cancellations are only possible if permitted by the airline’s policy, categorized into two types:

1) Voluntary Cancellation

When the passenger chooses to cancel (e.g., plan changes).

  • Airlines may charge cancellation fees.
  • Some tickets may be non-refundable.

2) Involuntary Cancellation

When flights are canceled or rescheduled by the airline.

  • Refund approval is at the airline’s discretion.
  • Refunds may be in cash or travel vouchers.

Checking Refund Status

You can check progress via the "My Bookings" page. Statuses include:

  • Request Submitted: Request received by our system.
  • Processing: We are coordinating with the airline.
  • Refund in Progress: Approved and awaiting transfer.
  • Refund Completed: Payment successfully processed.

Refund Timeline

Generally, refunds take 7–30 business days depending on:

  • Payment method (Credit / Debit / e-Wallet).
  • Bank or card issuer systems.
  • Individual airline policies.
