The Association of Thai Travel Agents (ATTA) was officially established on 22 January 1968 by a group of ten pioneering travel companies with a shared vision of promoting and developing Thailand’s tourism industry.

As a non-profit organization, ATTA serves as a key representative of Thailand’s travel and tourism sector, fostering collaboration between government agencies and private enterprises. For more than five decades, the association has played an important role in supporting tourism growth, enhancing industry standards, and strengthening Thailand’s position as a world-class travel destination.

Today, ATTA continues to advocate for the interests of its members, facilitate industry cooperation, and contribute to the sustainable development of Thailand’s tourism sector.
